For one of our Clients, international company of architects, masterplanners and interior designers operating, we are searching for the perfect match for the role of:

Associate Architect / Senior Architect

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Experience & Skills:

-A minimum of 10 – 15 years international experience designing and delivering multi million pound / euro shopping centre projects at Senior Architect, Associate or Director level
-Fluent or native English –MUST !!!
-Strong business development and client relationship management skills
-Apart from Retail and Leisure additional experience in Masterplanning, Mixed-use, --Commercial Office / Workplace, Hospitality, Transportation and Residential projects would be a great advantage
-Previous experience in Poland and familiarity with the Polish culture and business protocols is highly desirable
-Polish language skills would be an essential advantage
-Personable, articulate & collaborative with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships & securing repeat business

Role & Responsibilities:

-Take a very active role in marketing activities: follow up leads generated by the marketing team, develop relationships with developers, investors, operators, agents, contractors & consultants
-Attend relevant property seminars & networking events etc
Identify opportunities for company expertise to be transferred into new market sectors & contribute to a strategy for diversification
-Lead presentations & design submissions for potential new projects
-Act as principal point of contact with clients to negotiate fees & appointments, develop & agree the brief & scope of works
-Take responsibility for programming work, managing resources, delivering work stages to agreed deadlines & ensure profit margins are achieved on projects
-Provide a strong & inspirational team leadership & creative direction. Ensure that individuals and the team are focussed on achieving quality and delivering to targets
-Report to the CEO and Bord Members
