Tainan Museum of Fine Arts Construction project is conducting on a turn-key basis, and the total budget is NT$1,450 million. This is expected to become a public museum with features of green environment, promotion of education, tourism, recreation and local arts display.

The range of project includes Public #11 lands, the former Tainan Police Department and transformation Project of Yoai Road Streetscape. The two bases of the Project will be different in operation orientation and exhibition themes in the future, namely, the base at Public #11 land will be positioned as contemporary arts museum while that in the Former Tainan Police Department as the modern arts museum.
